Peru Mission Work

Each March, Dr. Pulliam and Dr. Williams participate in a medical campaign with churches from the United States to provide free eye care to the needy population in Cusco, Peru. This annual campaign began in 2011 as a way to show kindness and compassion to the people of Cusco, while introducing them to the love of God.
A big part of our work is distributing glasses to those in need. Throughout the year, we collect used glasses from our patients to fill our inventory of over 4,500 pairs of glasses. Hundreds of over-the-counter reading glasses and sunglasses are also given out as needed. If you are able to donate your old glasses or any reading glasses, please drop them by our office at your next visit.
